Today Pastor Brink begins “Body-Building 101” – a new Fall teaching series.  We will be talking, as you may already have guessed, about “The Body of Christ” – that is, the church.  Today we learn how important it is to God (and to us!) to be part of God’s family.  We need each other, and even if you’ve been hurt by others and have a hard time trusting, be assured that God loves you and made you to be part of a morally beautiful community.
Message: I Corinthians 12:12-27

Today Pastor Brink begins a new series of messages entitled The Cross of Christ. The cross, of course, is the centerpiece of the Bible and of the life and ministry of Christ. It’s the reason he came – to die for sins that that we might be saved.  Today also happens to be the first Sunday of Lent, a 40-day period that the church has historically set aside for our reflection, preparation, and for the repentance that is necessary to receive the saving benefits of the cross. This season culminates with Good Friday & Easter Sunday. It would be good to be here for worship every week. And maybe God will prompt you to email a friend and paste the link to some message you think might be a blessing to them, or a conversation starter

Message: I Corinthians 1:18-31

This morning Pastor Brink will bring us a challenging and encouraging Word from God about “seizing the day” and about making our lives count for God. Biblical teaching is one of our core values here at Rosewood – you can count on that every Sunday, and also at all levels of our church program. The word of God is the truth that sets us free, and obedience to it is ultimately in our own best interest.

Message: I Corinthians 3:5-15

Today Pastor Brink continues with the teaching series called “Truth that Sets Us Free!” We are looking at simple biblical truths that can make a huge, practical, transforming difference in our daily lives.

It was Jesus , by the way, who coined this expression He said: “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:31-32). So we’re going to take Jesus at His Word, and let’s see if knowing, believing, and obeying His Word doesn’t make a huge difference in our lives.

Message: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Pastor Dan Brink continues our January sermon series with Part 3 of “Between Chaos and Shalom.” It’s designed to help us develop greater moral discernment in critical areas of life where we are tempted to listen to the voices of the world, the flesh, and the devil. We are using the foundational principle (Trusting God’s voice) and using it to help us navigate our way through the temptations of money, sex and power.

Message: I Corinthians 6:12-20

Breaking Through the Brokenness Part 2 of the series. Pastor Dan Brink reads from I Corinthians 10:12-13.
